Robert Clark

New to the Mortgage Industry but not a stranger to the financial world, Robert has been helping clients with their financial needs since 2007 as a financial services provider and life insurance consultant. By asking the right questions and diligently adhering to the unique situation of each individual, his clients know that he has their best interests in mind. A graduate of Western Michigan University, his focus is purely on the satisfaction of his clients. Not a salesman, but a consultant, Robert wants to help you decide, not tell you which mortgage program fits your unique situation best. “This is typically the largest purchase you will make. Aaron Waterbury

When it comes to mortgage lending Aaron’s philosophy is simple: Make sure that each client makes an educated decision that meets their financial goals. Aaron has studied finance at Oakland University and is an avid skier and golfer.  He enjoys the many outdoor resources Michigan has to offer.

Holly Leffler

Holly is an experienced mortgage processor and closer with over 10 years in the mortgage industry. She has a vast knowledge and extensive training at processing FHA, VA, Conventional, and Rural Development loans, as well as many other types of mortgages. She is a very dedicated and driven person, committed to this industry.  She look forward to addressing the needs of our customers in today's market. She has lived in St. Clair County her entier life and is a married mother of two. She has been active over the years in the community and our schools.

Chuck Wansedel

Chuck has been in the mortgage business for over 16 years and is a Central Michigan University graduate. He likes that Blue Water Home Loans has all of the abilities of a larger bank put in a smaller more personal environment. He also has the willingness to take on the difficult projects and loves a challenge.

Chuck also supports many local sporting events from soccer, hockey, figure skating and basketball.

Kathy Langolf

Kathy was formerly a loan officer for 9 years and was frequently among the top producers at the various companies she originated with. She has experience with all types of conventional and government lending and is skilled at working with first time home buyers. She brings this experience to Blue Water Home Loans to assist the staff in completing the loan process.  She is a life long resident of Sanilac and St.Clair Counties and has been active in various local groups and charities.

Mike Cyplik

Mike brings to Blue Water Home Loans over twenty-five years of experience in management and sales. In addition, he has been in the mortgage industry for close to ten years as a former loan officer and manager. Mike’s true passion is marketing and communication. He offers to Blue Water Home Loans invaluable experience and helps keep the team on the cutting edge of customer service.  Mike enjoys coaching, golf, and has played organized hockey for many years. Mike has been married to his high school sweet heart, Margie, for 30 years and has three wonderful children Brad, Erin and Ryan.
